The Switch Suites is committed to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and accessible environment for all clients. We strive to ensure that individuals of all abilities can safely enjoy our services, facilities, and wellness offerings.
Physical Accessibility
We work to maintain an inclusive environment by:

Providing accessible pathways at our entrance and throughout common areas (where structurally possible within our leased space).

Assisting clients who may require additional help entering, exiting, or navigating the spa.

Offering accessible seating options in our lobby and waiting areas.

Adjusting treatment room layouts, when feasible, to accommodate mobility devices.

Allowing service animals as defined under the ADA. Emotional support animals, while welcome in some areas, may have access limitations in treatment rooms due to health and sanitation standards.

Our spa entrance is at ground level / ramp accessible (edit based on your setup).

Some treatments may not be medically advisable for certain conditions or mobility limitations. For safety, practitioners may recommend alternative services or decline a service if it is not safely performable.
